With the new MELAcare 600, MELAG takes the automated reprocessing of handpieces, contra-angles, turbines, and other hollow instruments to a new level. The compact system enables fully automated cleaning, thermal disinfection, and – depending on the lid configuration – oil maintenance of your instruments.
Thanks to intelligent process control, instruments are reprocessed in as little as 14 minutes, including internal drying and pre-cooling. Thermal disinfection takes place at approximately 95 °C and meets the requirements of EN ISO 15883-1/-2. The integrated collet care system, ADDcare, protects valuable instruments from wear and tear and helps reduce repair costs.
The large smart touch display with integrated release software ensures intuitive operation. Documentation data can be saved and archived via USB or network at no extra cost.
With its two interchangeable lid systems, MELAcare can be optimally adapted to different instrument groups. While the Blue lid was specially developed for rotary instruments with additional oil maintenance, the Green lid enables the safe reprocessing of ultrasonic, powder jet, and prophylaxis instruments.
Due to its small footprint, MELAcare is ideal for modern reprocessing rooms with limited space.
